Carved, laminated, and assembled in hardwoods, my physical sculptures are meditations on anatomy, fragmentation, and ritual architecture. I often work reductively, using structural elements like dowels, voids, and veneered surfaces to imply the erosion or construction of a body in space. The labor-intensive process mirrors the slow formation of memory and myth, where absence can be more charged than mass.
